Event Rules & Regulations

These rules and regulations apply to all events hosted, organized, or affiliated with Jalal Abuimweis LLC. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with the following guidelines.

• All attendees must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the event starts. Late arrivals may be subject to denied entry without a refund.
• A valid ticket (physical or digital) and a matching valid ID are required for entry.
• Re-entry is not allowed unless explicitly stated by event organizers.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in advance by organizers.
• Any fraudulent, duplicated, or resold tickets will be voided without refund, and entry will be denied.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all attendees must:

✅ Respect other guests, staff, and performers.
✅ Follow venue rules, security instructions, and event guidelines at all times.
✅ Dress appropriately (organizers reserve the right to refuse entry based on attire).

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without a refund:

❌ Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior (verbal, physical, or online).
❌ Disruptive or intoxicated behavior that disturbs the event or other guests.
❌ Illegal activities, including drug use, underage drinking, or unauthorized sales.
❌ Unauthorized professional photography, videography, or livestreaming (unless permitted).

• Bag checks and security screenings may be conducted upon entry.
• The following items are strictly prohibited:
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Illegal substances or drugs
  • Outside food and beverages (unless permitted)
  • Large bags, backpacks, or suitcases
  • Laser pointers, air horns, or disruptive noisemakers
  • Professional recording equipment (unless approved)

• Event details, including time, location, and lineup, are subject to change.
• If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• If an event is canceled, refund decisions will be made at the organizer’s sole discretion.

• By attending, you consent to photography, filming, and audio recording.
• Jalal Abuimweis LLC and its partners may use this media for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

• Attend at your own risk. Jalal Abuimweis LLC is not responsible for any:
  • Personal injury, accidents, or medical emergencies.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • Event disruptions due to force majeure (e.g., weather, security threats, venue issues).

• Event staff and security have the right to remove any attendee who violates these rules.
• No refunds will be provided for removal due to misconduct.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and regulations.
